I had a terrible experience here a couple of months ago. I came in to make a credit card and there were 3 woman in the front looking at me from head to toe multiple times. One of them had asked me if I was Chinese, although I am not and they finally brought me in a room after denying to help me. The girl looked over my file and said one of my security information has been hacked, thus I could not make a credit card. Then I went to Canada Service and other places... they told me that my account was NOT hacked and told me that TD must have made a mistake. I really did not appreciate with their service or whatsoever. I was very stressed for multiple days until I learnt that my account was safe. I haven't gone to that branch since this incident. I have never so intimidated in Montreal :( very sad experience.
