I strongly recommend you dont come to this branch because of racism. It was 2015. My daughter used to be their client until an advisor, the first letter is C, transferred her $100,000 from GIC to mutual fund secretly. My daughter accused her as stolen and she insisted on it was my daughter asked her to do so. To our surprise, after we complained this experience to her boss, they said they did the investigation and it was my daughter asked her to do this transaction and then changed her mind, but actually, when C contacted my daughter, she was in her office and all of her colleagues heard that she did not agree to do this transaction; what my daughter said was she wanted to meet C by person and discussed about it. I was really regret that we did not forward this case to human rights at that time. We just immigrated and did not know the regulation very well. Terrible branch, specially with the new management. I believe it cant get any worse. I recommend that TD reassess the management and their quality of work there . I would definitely rate it at ZERO.
