BMO Financial Group

Unless you have multiple accounts with them, avoid the line if credit. They ONLY do mailed statements (did not telle this beforehand) and they are mailed then dont get to you before the bill is due. There was no option to view my statement online, no way to check balance. Terrible customer service. It's 2023, get with the program.

Someone accessed my account and stole. BMO bank management and employees do not understand how their own basic security functions work. Their fraud department actually verified this for me. They just give me the run around after years of being a loyal customer

Terrible reception, good luck getting a call back. As a 19 year old i know banks will treat younger people with less respect but when im working full time, paying taxes i dont care how old i am i deserve access to my account 24/7 whenever i want and when you have thousands of $ of my money in your possession i expect to be appreciated and respected.

You wanna get hacked, money missing through e transfers, and all for the bank to act like idiots and say I dunno sor all month everyday go BMO wanna be apart of the class action lawsuits when BMO gets hacked then join BMo the worst bank in Canada let's not forget the 20 milli plus lawsuit ahahahaha go to TD only TD
