        The service is okay, but i always have to wait a long time ( 30 minutes on average) to be served by a teller. This is true even at odd hours.

        Took an appointment for Saturday to open a personal and a corporate account as I just moved to Montreal. The personal account agent made major mistakes with my name so we had to repeat the process all over then the person in charge of opening my corporate decided that he is busy and didnt want to see me although we had an appointment and pushed me to Tuesday. The bank was empty, there was no reason to push my appointmentit was obvious they were just playing as they were very young. Time to find another bank with more serious and professional employees.
