        Online agents tell me I need to go to location and speak with a specialist. At this location, the specialists are never there. So you have to go on location just to make an appointment. Also data is not downloadable from my account. Just pdf, so you cant import into tax software. . Like its 1990 or something. Very out of date customer service and software.
