Only giving one star because I cannot give zero. Every time I come to this branch, two of the 3 counters are closed but I see two tellers doing nothing. Theres only 1 other person in front of me and I have to wait 45 minutes just to get a bank draft. The first chance I get to move everything I have away from this bank, Im gone. Worst effin service on earth!!!

I had information from the bank , for me gave 2 documents (one of them * specimen* and other one *code....compte ferme*)..there is a bit different numbers....so I'm disruption....what is the right.. Financial Institution Number of your bank 001 Or 006 , how it in the specimen?

Went to pay a bill. 1 teller. 1 person to direct you (really don't know the function of that person) 1 person at the teller in front of me. I was the next person in line. Took about 45 minutes. Horrible service. I had switched to this bank cause service was better. It's years the service as completely gonne to the dogs. Don't recommend. Customer service as disappeared. I will focus on TD. getting much better service.
