        Teller was extremely nice and helpful, problem is she is always alone! Unacceptable for a major bank to have a 30+ min wait time. Shows a complete lack of respect for customers time and money. The bank is dirty, broken furniture and sound system and no one in the management offices really seems to care about anything, avoiding eye contact with customers in line afraid god forbid they might have to work, except for the one teller working doing her best.

        Indeed the reviews were right. The teller didn't seem to care, just doing her job, talked so quiet, cant understand what she is saying. she looked energyless as if she is just waiting for her shift to end.
