There is an officer sitting there doing nothing and there is few officers handling very slow services. There is a long line up at the front door and they still have people did nothing.

Please have more teller staff available. I often end up waiting 30+ minutes in line. This is not acceptable.

Yesterday (april 6) i went in this facility to make an appointment to open an account. The lady (unfortunately i dont have her name) booked me an appointment the next day (april 7) at the st-jacques facility and confirmed with me that there was availability that day. I got the booking confirmation by email. The next day i show up for my rdv and the bank was closed. A complete waste of time.

The manager controls the rights of the owner, so some kind of transfer business, whether to do it or not depends on his mood

EDIT: Still not a very pleasant experience. I get a reply to this review only to have me email them to open a Complaint. I have raised my concerns with my branch, but theyve now been irresponsive since last Thursday not acknowledging my emails because why try calling? They never answer. Negative experience. Theres an urgent issue with my account and customer service reps. were not able to assist. (besides not being based from North America, they cant stop reading script, which makes this experience very frustrating.) They would simply tell me to reach my branch. (oddly, one C.S. Rep could access notes on my account, but another didnt?) My branch never returned my call: word for word, their voicemail mentions they WILL return my call by end of day if I leave a voice. 2 voicemail later and calling non stop since 9:30am, no return call from my branch. Ive been a client for well over 10 years. This is not acceptable.
