        This was my first visit to the branch since I opened the account in November. Despite all the negative reviews, my experience has been amazing both times. First time with Sbastien Tremblay and this week with Melissa ( God I hope I am saying the correct name) she was extremely fast and efficient. I was in and out in less than a minute with my withdrawal. Amazing service...

        Awful bank. Not to mention that the representative on the phone forgot to tell me I need an appointment first, and of course, being in Canada, everything is super slow, and they don't have any appointment for at least next 2 weeks. The teller was also more interested in talking to her colleagues.

        I had a horrible experience. The woman who waass working on Saturday may 13th told me that they are unable to open an account for me for some weird and obscure reason. She doesn't want to help clients. She is rude and dismissive.
