Sans Soleil Bar

I can see the vibe and it personally is not for me, space is a bit too small for my liking. However, it is cozy, and always seemed to have a long line even as 1am creeped up. The drinks are expensive, but the music is unique. Really great atmosphere, just too small, constantly asked to move to get through etc, there was also a weird lamp in the way- assumingly placed for a table but I can see why people enjoy the bar.

This bar was definitely the most fun to find when my friend and I tried to find speakeasies around Montreal. The outside does not look like what is on the inside, and then we had to find the stairs to get to the bar. The staff was very friendly, the bartender had a great personality and made a small show of making our drinks. We absolutely loved the soft jazz playing in the place. The drinks and menu were very on theme, and tasted pretty good, different than most bars. This was definitely a fun experience
