My first visist to helmet was not great, there was a communication issue with the person who cut my hair and ended up with something that was not what I wanted and was hard for me to style, I reached out to the salon and the response was way better than I expected. They offered me an appointment ASAP with Jason, one of the owners, to fix the cut. He took his time to shape it and make sure I left happy with my cut, the person who took care of me the first time apologized for the missunderstanding, Jason apologized to me as well and went above and beyond to make things right, which means the world to me. I can say I'm much more comfortable and happy with the cut now. Also he first time i was there there it wasnt super busy since it was very close to the end of the day but the second time I got to see other hairdressers work and all of them were very talented and professional , I was very impressed by everyone working there. Thank you for turning this experience into a very pleasant one
