        Great class focusing not only on the essential techniques needed in the industry, but also education on spirits and wines. Alex is a legendary teacher and is very knowledgeable on the material and common questions about the industry. I was able to get a bartending job within a week of finishing! Highly recommend.

        Good day people of the bartending world. As you may have noticed when i posted the review I only gave my opinion which does not equivocate to slander. I gave my review based on the star system. I was an ex employee, I was the assistant director. I worked there for over one year. I dealt with the owners and there's one owner in particular who has a very bad attitude in my opinion and it is reflected in the response which I received to a no words one star review. He is afraid because the review is genuine and honest and he can't erase it.
