DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I did business with this company because I had no choice: I had to fix the bathroom between two Airbnb reservations, that's why I paid $6,000. The seller obviously promised me that everything was going to be fine and that the work would be carried out without problem, this was the most important element for me given the purpose of my accommodation which does not give me any possibility of access due to tourist rental. They didn't make the slope I asked for in front of the window, the faucet had been installed incorrectly and something else in a different color. The problem is that management tried to "cross" me, to take me for an idiot. They said initially that the slope was impossible to do and that the faucet was installed within standards. (We could see the ruff because it was so out.) After messages, calls, stress and arguments they agreed to repair it. From the time it was installed to the final repair, it took about 3-4 months. The repairmen came and simply made the slope and reversed the faucet, they were very competent and simply proved that the problems that management said were impossible to resolve were. The worst part of all this is that I received 0 compensation, not even $500, 0! Do not do business with bainmagique, at least not this branch, the management is dishonest.

I called the day before for a repair in one of my rents. I was delighted to realize that this one took place the next day. I am very happy to have done business with this company. My tenants were thrilled, too. And me as the owner, I sleep with peace of mind.
