I planned on passing by while in Montreal to purchase a few items however after reading reviews & comments will definitely avoid going.

It was my first time going there for eyebrow threading. The eyebrow threading was good but the entire process was very bad as I am not used to be treated like that with respect to threading services. So, the lady asked me to sit and started to thread right away. There was no powdering there area before and then once she was done she did not brush off the tiny hair from my face neither used a cream on my eyebrows to soothe it. I got itchy bumps all around my eyebrows (you literally pulled out hair and you have to put a cream to soothe the skin). I paid $12+taxes for this service. Consider it a constructive criticism and please be mature about it as the price we are paying is for the skill of the professional (even the price is way too much!) and then if the skill is unprofessional, it is really not good. Also, I dont understand the tipping culture here. We paid for the skill of the professional giving the service, what tip do you ask for? Please dont reply to comments saying that they tipped close to nothing. Tipping culture is very weird because I already paid for the skill of the professional. Dont push it on others. Thank you! No stars if I had the choice. If you want lessons on how to kill your business, go to Brow Bar on Monkland. The absolute rudest service Ive ever received. I walked in this morning to get my brows done. Usually the man is there, who is very polite. I started to ask a question and the woman said, Im in the middle of something. I then asked how many people were in front of me and she said one and that I was next. After that person was finished, she sent another person, then another! I walked up to her and asked why she told me I was next when clearly I wasnt. I explained that I asked because I live close and could have come back. Instead of acknowledging her mistake, she said If youre so impatient, you can go home and come back later! I said, Ill come back never and she continues to mock me on my way out. If shes the owner, sad. If shes an employee, get someone who has some sense of customer service in a competitive market. I dont normally write bad reviews because I strongly believe in supporting local businesses. Losing a customer due to extreme rudeness is not acceptable and needs to be called out. Hopefully action will be taken.

I wrote this review with my own two hands and a computer. I genuinely don't care to edit this review by your logic appalls me. This review is a genuine concern for you're business, Instead of calling reviews "fake" and asking people to "delete/remove" their reviews you should be working on your attitude and your staffs attitude and attempt to fix the way your business runs .
