I was disappointed. First, my bill was $441 when I was expecting to pay $290. Second, the hairdresser did not use any sort of heat protectant on my hair, and tugged it a lot when brushing. Disappointed and will not be going back.

**DO NOT BOOK AT THIS SALON** The most unprofessional and disrespectful service never received. With pre booked appointments, multiple confirmations of these appointments prior to day of, AND a deposit put down- this salon ghosted 4 people who were part of a wedding party on the day of the wedding. Myself and 3 others showed up to the salon on the morning of the wedding to a closed salon, and multiple attempts to contact were ignored. After waiting as long as possible and after No one returned our calls or reached out, we were forced to scramble to find a new salon on NYE that was open and could take 4 people in need of bridal hair and makeup on a time crunch. This salon is A SCAM!! Do yourselves a favour and book elsewhere unless youd like to have your money stolen and not receive any services. Hands down the worst experience - La coupe is a 0 star establishment DO NOT BOOK HERE!
