Honntement I have no idea what happened. I walked in to ask if I could get a haircut and just wanted the split ends to be trimmed. Didnt need a wash so we skipped it; but then Ofelia was doing I dont know what. It felt as if she was randomly cutting small pieces of hair. Im not sure that my hair are even; Im not sure she knew what she was doing I felt like she wasnt a hairdresser and just improvising. Other people here are reassuring but my experience was bad. I was in and out of pthere in 20 min- and it costed me $68 + tips. I left an extremely low tip how confused I was. I pulled my hair up for this evening- I have no idea how it will look once ironed. She didnt separate my hair; did not wet them properly; did not even clip sections. Nothing. She did what anyone could dojust cut randomly. My hair are straight; but since she was spraying water on them I left looking wavy as if I caught rain. No brushing; combing; no styling. I now regret my random impulse. She was nice to talk to; but still: it was a ridiculous experience. I kept thinking how at the mercy of the hairdresser we are once we sit in the chair Service: Hairstyling

Ive had two terrific hair cuts here. Turned out great every time and I have thick wavy hair that needs a lot of work. Super welcoming too. Only place I trust in Montreal to cut my hair

My new go to salon! I had my hair dyed from bleach blonde to brunette, my eyebrows and makeup done and was beyond satisfied- the team was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and I never stopped smiling!! The owner was honest and understanding despite my tardiness. Prices were reasonable and fair. It was a friendly atmosphere with an enthusiastic staff. My hair was dried and treated but there was no judgment and I felt INCREDIBLE and healthy upon leaving. Thank you so much Ofelia, gorgeous salon, amazing staff- so grateful for your service cant wait to return!!
