L'Hotel Particulier Griffintown

on January 10th we made a reservation for 4 nights from August 10th to 14th. This reservation was immediately confirmed and the full amount (1200 cad) was paid to the hotel. In early May I received a message that the hotel could not accommodate us and that we should please cancel the booking. We declined this as we had no reason to cancel. This business practice is not professional. The hotel wanted to explain to me by phone that I had a contract with booking and that I should contact them. However, the contractual partner is the hotel. Unfortunately, only bad alternatives were offered to me. The hotel promised to find an alternative for me, which unfortunately didn't happen. Luckily I found another good place to stay. I would have liked to have done without the renewed booking stress. Unfortunately, the hotel's booking confirmation was not reliable.

Rooms: Lit hyper confortable, propre et lieu tranquille. Nearby activities: Canal Lachine, restos, caf, vieux Montral, boucherie, saq, dpanneur, microbrasserie, parc chien, etc. Safety: Sentiment de scurit avec premiere porte combin numrique puis avec clef. Accs par le gardien scuritaire et bien clair. Walkability: Prs dabsolument tout ! Food & drinks: On peut laisser nos boissons dans les frigos lextrieur et se servir de la cuisine extrieur avec les bbq Noteworthy details: Terrasse couverte et chauffe , grand jardin, cuisine complte extrieure, grand logement, prs de tout
