I recently visited Rosie Le Temps d'une Pinte and had a mixed experience. I tried their Rosie (Sure aux fruits du Qc et tropicaux) beer, which had an ABV of 3.8%, and I must say it was absolutely delicious. The fruity Quebec and tropical flavors blended perfectly, leaving a satisfying taste on my palate. However, I also decided to give their 3-Torrfacteur (Dry stout en creamer) beer a try, which had a higher ABV of 5.5%. Unfortunately, I found this particular beer disappointing and couldn't bring myself to finish it. The flavor profile didn't appeal to me, and it fell short of my expectations. On a positive note, the service at Rosie Le Temps d'une Pinte was excellent. The waitress was incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my visit.
