Superb service. Matthew and his team were super helpful to help me out with my issue with the bike. They went above and beyond to help me out with my bikes battery. I spent hours, emails and voicemails still no luck with the customer service. Matthew helped me out immediately hearing my voice. Thank you so much, I really appreciate your help riding my bike everyday.
