        The clothing are beautiful and are of high quality, and I love supporting this business for several reasons. However, my experience with the customer service for online orders has been poor. Two orders in a row had the wrong item, and I have received no response to email inquiries that I sent to identify the problem dating since last week as to how to correct the order / do the refund and replacement for an item of double the value than I what I ordered in the second order; the correct item may be out of stock now.
