Great store, amazing collection, friendly staff

Hated my experience. It was my first time visiting the store, was greeted super nicely at the entrance however while I went to the trial room this lady was so mean, Im guessing she was the manager. She told me to put the clothes back on the hangers which is totally okay I dont mind so I was doing it, however a second later I saw another customer just leave the clothes without putting them on the hangers and she literally greeted her thankyou and bye so politely. I mean if you want a customer to put clothes back on the hanger then make all the customers do it not just the ones you wish. She just seemed really cold towards me even while I was paying and totally ruined my experience.

While visiting Montreal was recommended to check out this boutique and it was a great recommendation!! You can tell the store is managed and cared for by staff who take pride in what they do. There was a bit of a blunder with my purchase but its the way that mistake was dealt with shows professionalism and customer appreciation. Style of clothes are very unique!! Great sales!!! Definitely a place worth checking out!
