This place needs to get their act together. The beer is really good and the location is great, but the experience of trying to eat here is painful. The digital-only menu is super annoying, the little wooden QR codes don't work and there is no paper option for those without phones. The tables are arranged awkwardly. The food we ordered didn't get eaten as it was really sub-standard. It's trying to have a 'hipster' menu but it's not done well (cheap frozen fries, gluey nachos). Don't even get me started about the (non-existant) service. When we could manage to find our server they spent more time messing around with their tablet than listening. This place should be a gem in the neighborhood with a great location right along the canal. We waited 45 minutes to pay... I will definitely think twice before coming back. I hope they listen to the feedback and fix these issues, especially the menu as it could be sooooo much better.
