Café Myriade - Mont-Royal

The baristas here are experts who consistently make delicious coffee drinks. The place has comfortable and airy outdoor and indoor seating and is very friendly. They have a small selection of pastries to choose from, my favorite bring their almond croissant. We love sitting outside on a nice day and peoplewatch.

Im used to cafe myriade having some of the best coffee in town, but the last few times Ive come here have been super disappointing. It feels like the labour shortage has forced a lot of cafes to hire anyone they can, regardless of experience, and myriade is no exception. The espresso drinks have been super burnt and served way hotter than any real barista would ever pass off as acceptable. Its not all bad though; the cafe is really nice, good vibe, and the pastries are great!

Great coffee. Very bright space with lots of natural light. Outlets available and the wifi is good! Its a bit loud, but still a good place to get work done. Cookie is pretty good. Coffee is a bit expensive.
