        15 minutes before pickup we received a call from the agent that they do not have cars. We was waiting for about an hour but the agent was still not able to tell when the car arrives. We had to cancel our plans despite the reservation was made more that a month in advance.

        Rented from here on multiple occation. The Manager and workers always provide exceptional service. When I need a car, they always find a solution. I'll always be a returning loyal customer here.

        I rented a Car using RBC rewards like always, and after I dropped the car they charged me for additional/hidden fees. I asked the agent what is this and he said I dont know for what we are charging you!!!! And contact RBC!! The receipt is none sense as well. They dont have after hours dropping either. That was the worst car rental Ive ever been to!
