La Palette Gourmande

Alain and his team catered our wedding last weekend and it was beautiful. Our guests were very pleased with the food and the service at our reception was outstanding! We had a wonderful evening and it is greatly thanks to him! Merci encore!

I came in the store looking for bread. I asked the young lady at the counter if she had any and she told me in a very arrogant and frustrated way we are not a bakery, we are a pastry store. Needless to say that I wont be coming back.

Had lunch, salmon with vegies, delicious. I had a small chocolate cake too, very fresh and yummy. Good service. Passed by for espresso and cake with raspberry and pistachio, yummy!

I am a little surprised by the good reviews. While the food is reasonably good, the prices are high, the service is very slow, it does not have a lot of variety and it has relatively narrow opening hours. It markets itself as a chic boutique restaurant, but it comes across as pretentious and overrated.
