Je suis client Fido depuis 13 ans et j'ai perdu mon tlphone aujourd'hui. Le vendeur n'avait manifestement pas le got de traiter avec moi, il disait que mes informations taient errones et que l'accs au compte tait impossible. "C'est pas mon problme si tu n'as pas de code postal" a-t-il dit... Le ton commenait monter et je suis parti. J'ai vrifi mon compte en ligne et tout tait en rgle. J'ai donc t une autre succursale et tout s'est pass sans embche. Il m'a vendu un cellulaire et je suis bien content. Bref, cette succursale est viter absolument. This was my first time buying a phone in Canada and the process was really smooth. The manager, Zaki, did a great job helping my wife and I with everything we needed. Great service.
