Witzson offered an exceptional level of customer experience. Not only did he patiently answer all of my questions, he noticed I was paying too much for add-ons and volunteered to help me bring down my plan cost without my having to ask. As well, he followed up with me weeks after our initial meeting when he noticed the price of a phone I wanted had dropped. I dont typically leave reviews but Witzsons dedication to the customer experience shines through and I believe he deserves recognition. 1000/1000

Excellent service from the Montreal Trust Fido. Especially Matteo and Witzon. They were very polite, attentive, and patient with me. They definitely satisfied my expectations/needs, when it comes to finding the perfect phone and plan for me. Will definitely be coming back.

Avoid this company. They have a horrible online paying system and, if you have a prepaid account and run out of data, once you refill, they'll charge at an extremely high price per megabyte. Definitely the worst mobile company in the area.
