        I was referred to this kiosk by another retailer in the Eaton Centre in Nov. 2020. I needed to have a Samsung phone unblocked. The man at the kiosk took my phone information and charged me $40 and said it would take up to 24 hours. A day later, no news... I followed up, no unblock code yet. Followed up again 2 days later, no code yet. Frustrated, I did more research on the web and contacted Samsung support directly and my problem was solved in 10 minutes! I contacted this business to have a refund, no answer. Tried again the next day, said that he was still working on getting the code even though I clearly specified that I found the unblock myself in 10 minutes. The owner refused to provide a refund. I am greatly disappointed and recommend that you avoid this Mobile Snap outlet.
