Wish I could give zero stars. Signed up for Vidotron in 2021, and the internet has not worked since. Tried cancelling, they sent a technician who explained I had the wrong service installed and that it should never have been permitted. They wouldnt uninstall it, they wont take the dysfunctional modem back and they continue to charge me month to month for a service that doesnt work. They cancel my phone calls when I try to explain this situation and say its my fault. Beware and avoid Videotron at all costs
