        Very happy. I chose a jacket online was scared because of the fur, came to the shop and it was exactly like the picture. Very cute store

        Arguably the worst and rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order online, the order was confirmed, I threw out the gift card. I was then informed that an item is not available. I advised that I no longer have the gift card used to make the purchase and a new one would need to be issued. I spoke to a manager from head office who stated, "I do not care and I have already wasted 5-minutes of my time." He then proceeded to hang-up the phone.
