hello, so you asked me what the issue was and I would like to explain ,I've been going to your restaurant for 20 years and never once did I have a bad experience, always 1st class and food is always awesome, but now, last 3 times, I've had trouble ordering what I always order, soft noodles with mixed vegetables and chicken, apparently that's not on the menu, when one is tired and in between shifts, one doesn't want issues or have time to haggle with such a simple request, we just want to order, eat and get back to work, I gave up last night after again trying order this, and politely said, I can't do this anymore, and I left, it's too bad because I loved going to Fay Wong but after 3 tries, I can't do this anymore
