CLEAR lack of quality control, hygiene and food safety measures, and questionable pricing/charging during checkouts (check receipt). This was my first visit at this location. I picked up several packs of sesame crisps as snacks and I was absolutely appalled to see LIVE MAGGOTS and web like material in my packages. Unfortunately for me I had already eaten half the crisp. And yes, the larvae were also now in my mouth. Sure, I should have taken a look before putting it in my face, but who would have thought live maggots would be on DRY goods?! Who would have thought that would slide when an employee not only unpacks the original box but then puts the items on the shelves. I'm so disgusted and needless to say I NEVER plan on coming back. If I find larvae in my dry snacks could you IMAGINE what they let slide in the meat and fish department? They also serve fresh hot food here as well?! HAHA. Nah. Gonna be a no from me dawg. I've never had an experience like this and it completely freaked me out and ruined my evening. Not to mention all the expired items I saw on the shelves/freezers today... What's going on over there? CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE BUYING!!!!!! And in my case, when eating as well.
