Ordered sneakers on March 26 on their website No shipment notification since then. Only Jessica answered my email once but didnt to my answer. The customer service never amswered to my 3 emails, neither picked up the phone (7 times). Nobody is ever available in the chat either even when I keep it open for 2 hours This is probably the worst experience I have ever had. Take a look at their other store reviews most customers are saying the same. Opening a new location is nice but shouldnt you honor your existing customers first by getting YOUR job done? Is it that complicated to follow up? Especially when you get our money already?
