I started working with Coach Cam in June 2022 to bring my mental game to the next level in preparation for professional tennis. From the onset, Cam was extremely attentive, professional and awesome. Her program will help you to create the right action plan to perform mentally at your highest potential. Thanks to her, I was able to integrate logging, mindfulness, and meditation into my training routine. In just a few months, these tools have enabled me to see actual results in my matches and every day life. As a student and athlete whose brain often feels like its scattered in a million different directions, the Train Your Brain workshop was just what I needed to build a foundation a practices for the moments Im feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Cam is a star who really makes you feel heard and understood. A bunch of tools were added to the toolbox that I still apply to my everyday now even 3 months since finishing the program!

Cam really knew what she was doing! I signed up for a half marathon training this past spring which also came with her 12-week program for the mental preparation. Different tools were offered and delivered through a group session bi-weekly on Zoom so that we were able to apply in the running training. I must say, 2 months have passed since my half-marathon, and I'm still using some of the tools on my day to day life (Meditation and mindfullness). Thanks Cam for your knowledge and it shows that you love what you're doing!
