Tim Hortons

As someone who used to work for Tim Hortons a long time ago. I cant quite blame the staff for providing terrible service. The job itself is taxing and unrewarding. But it just sucks to be greeted by an employee who clearly wants the conversation to take less than 2 seconds and acts like shes gonna die if I make another request. No please or thank you or even any human decency whatsoever. But I know shes projecting because she hates her job lol. Regardless I hate this Timmies

Terrible service and the bread is burnt I don't recommend this place Tim Hortons is very good, but I don't recommend this specific place

If there is a zero star I will give. Worst coffee ever in Montreal. First I thought that they were making those coffee because rush in the morning. I tried there coffee when they were not busy, again a DD taste like water.

1 star is a bit too generous. This Tim Hortons employee refused to take my request to put less ice, like how hard can it be, she putting them ice half way on my large iced coffee like she pays for the coffee, cream and syrup. I work nearby this cafe so I often get lunch here, I order the same exact sandwich and beverage every time and they never fail to mess my order up. Please dont out any chipotle sauce and put mayo instead guess what, I see chipotle. I am allergic tomatoes and that one time they ran out of lettuce for their sandwich, this one employee decided to make up a new recipe and put tomatoes instead of lettuce, they could have just told me they ran out of lettuce. They almost cost me my life. Honestly, this branch used to be decent until they changed the management. Hopefully the owner realizes this and make a change coz this is really disappointing.
