The worst sevice i saw in canada .especially that old lady ,very racicte ,tild to a cuatomer speak french or i dont serve you .

Probably the worst Tim Hortons in Montreal. Almost unsanitary place, ultra slow and incompetent employees, non-existent service. ON EACH VISIT the service is incredibly long, frequent errors in orders, items constantly unavailable, the quality of the food leaves something to be desired, the employees seem completely lost, don't even know their menu or don't understand anything when we talk to them! On my last visit, I waited 10 minutes in front of the cash register, NO ONE spoke to me or took my order even though there were 4 or 5 of them behind the counter looking at the ceiling or placing bags and orders ON ON THE FLOOR (sanitary, HELLO??!), I was THE ONLY one in line, apart from the poor DoorDash delivery man who had been waiting for his order for 20 minutes. TWO ICE CAPS. TWENTY MINUTES. I ended up leaving without ordering anything, for fear of having to spend half the afternoon waiting for someone to realize I was there and place my order. It was my last visit. Absurd to see so much incompetence. Fire this team of incompetent wimps, or close the restaurant!!!!!
