        The service is so slow and management should prioritize the rush of clients they get from the college right next to the establishment, they are always under staff and very slow with a high demand or service , minimum 15 minute wait

        August 2023, I order a morning tit with syrup. They answer me IN ENGLISH! Another employee approaches to serve me in French, but her French is so bad that I have trouble understanding what she is saying to me! When taking the order, they call me again IN ENGLISH! I ask: 'in French please!', I hear a deep sigh from another customer behind me which I interpret as exasperation at asking to be served in French! All the employees seem to me to be non-Quebecers, I am not at all against immigrants, but I ask that they learn French as the French language law in Quebec requires! And what's more, they didn't reheat my dish at all: a cold egg, after having received a cold English-speaking shower!
