The shop located in the building, lobby, on cte-des-neiges is the WORST customer service ever I was asking the lady questions about the menu and she said to order on the TV. I asked to purchase a mask she said its 50 cents cash only. However, I wanted to pay credit card since I dont carry money on me anymore, I ask if I could leave it in tip as I ordered something. She never replied and continue to cook her food. I normally support local, however DO NOT GO HERE. Worst customer service, go to Tim Hortons right beside not worth it. EDIT: response from owner is very arrogant.
