Worst service and rudest staff I have ever received at any Starbucks location in North America. How this location is allowed to be branded under the Starbucks name is a mystery. The staff were incredibly rude and incompetent , especially one barista named Kim. Will never return to this location.

Horribly rude staff. Always make my order wrong and always refuse to fix it for me usually saying something along the lines of well if what it says on the side of the drink is accurate then that must be on it like no I can tell that you floated heavy cream on top of my coffee instead of giving me a coffee with almond milk. Its just so degrading to go here and their service is disgusting. Ive not once had a good experience at this location.

I don't know how Starbucks allows this location to have their branding seal. The place always has supply and/or system problems, always missing products or even not accepting cards. They do not participate in any type of promotion or points, or any other benefit program promoted by the Starbucks network. Strongly DO NOT recommend. It becomes very clear that it is the only place for the students around there, probably the only reason why it still makes a profit. Still, I don't think it's even close to worthy of carrying the Starbucks seal.
