The employees don't treat you with respect, dignity and kindness even when you treat them with the same regard. The manager Hatice Dzenli does not care and won't roll up her sleeves to resolve the issue out of fear of being proven wrong about her narrow perception of things and out of fear of being called a hypocrite. Go to the one at Beaudry, it's way better.

Usually have great service with a different group baristas. This morning was pretty bad, only one guy on register and one making drinks with a girl doing inventory. I understand its important but there was a line all the way outside and the guys were not productive. The guy at the register was clearly going through a rough hangover, couldnt keep a conversion, kept crouching down and holding his head. Kind of surprised as this is a Starbucks reserve and the service is usually stunning!
