Aprs l'analyse, ils m'ont dit que le problme est un court circuit et ils peuvent le rparer dans une demi-heure ou une heure. J'ai demand d'attendre ce temps dans le magasin pour ne pas rentrer puis revenir pendant cet heure ou demi-heure et ils ont accept ma demande. Il tait 13h et donc trop tt pour la fermeture du magasin. Ils ont pris le laptop au bureau intrieur pour travailler dessus. Dans ce temps, j'ai fais un tour sur les laptops dans le magasin car j'aimerais acheter un autre laptop bientt (aprs ma graduation). Je voulais savoir plus d'informations sur les offres des laptops mais il n'y avait aucune personne l'extrieur. Je suis approcher devant la porte de leur bureau (je ne suis pas entre) et avec tout respect j'ai dis 'excusez moi' et j'ai pos la question si tous les laptops vendus dans le magasin sont usags ou il y a des nouveaux. Avant mme d'entendre ma question, ils ont ragis de faon impolit et apport mon laptop ouvert et ils m'ont dit de le prendre et qu'ils ne veulent pas le rparer. Ils n'taient pas gentils. J'ai compris qu'ils ont fait cette raction car ils n'ont pas aim que j'attends cet demi-heure dans le magasin mme qu'ils ont accept ma demande d'attendre l, et que le magasin est ouvert pour les clients!
