Ordered a plotter online that was lasted as "in stock". They charged my card immediately.($15,000) Plotter hadn't shipped 5 days later. Their chat support was useless and couldn't understand that I needed either proof that it shipped or a cancellation. 24 hours later he came back with an email wanting an additional $600 to ship it (on top of the $250 already charged). I replied that I wanted to cancel the order - no reply. Took 5 phone calls to 3 different numbers to actually get the ordered cancelled, and now they want to hold onto my $15000 for another 5 days, causing more delays. NEVER AGAIN.
