        Quiet building with great facilities (shared with 2 other buildings). Cant beat the location - right in the middle of Griffintown, in front of the canal and close to Wellington / Peel.

Many problems with Devimco however in relation to these common areas with several years of delay in delivery and broken down. (Original) Un vrai plaisir d'habiter ici puis 2019. Des voisins toujours prts aider, un batiment propre et bien entretenu et des espaces communs prometteurs. Beaucoup de problmes avec Devimco cependant par rapport ces espaces communs avec plusieurs annes de retard de livraison et en panne.
