        Extremely inefficient and late to respond. I have an apartment and two parking spots in the building managed by this company. I have signed and sent automatic withdrawal forms together with copy of a void check more than once for the parking spots and the apartment. I still get notice of non payment. I intend to send the document this time with registered mail to have proof.
