I was told this was one of the finest places to live in Montreal. Well, that perception has been shattered after a wanna be DJ tenant's parties have been allowed to continue. The parties happen all throughout the week and the noise continues well after quiet hours. The noise is so bad it can be heard in the building across the street. The administration has been told and the parties keep happening. Not to mention the safety concerns in these COVID times. Clearly not a priority for the administration given they keep allowing all of these mask-less visitors for the same apartment. Shameful. BTW, this same tenant has a fire pit in their balcony, which I'm pretty sure is against fire codes and quite dangerous for those of us that take care of our property. I would skip 1200 Maisonneuve and keep looking for a place that actually cares about the comfort of all their tenants.

Working as a security guard building itself very good and the residents but management and security supervisor Dobra bullying the security staff discrimination between syndicate security and other security company please check before you work there very disrespectful, insecure , manipulating the staff between the security guard . Beware
