        Before moving here please beware that they have a zero tolerance policy againts their residents. So for example if you try and recycle something they dont recycle instead of emailing you and asking politely to remove they will just go ahead and fine you $100. They dont offer you the service of properly recycling it after you paid the fine NO the fine is just to punish you for making an honest mistake. Because duh you should know all their rules by heart. But no one shared those rules with you! But theres cars leaking burnt oil for months, black water leaking and were supposed to be fine with their negigleance
