        Lived here for 3 years. Great apartments. Well maintained building. Small gym but has everything you need. AMAZING VIEWS OF THE CITY!

        Buyers/renters beware. The building has been having RAMPANT package theft problems over the course of the pandemic but ESPECIALLY over the last few weeks-months. It has clearly been targeted. Packages are stolen in under an hour, including a dress I purchased for my wedding. Our household alone has lost hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise since living here. Building has responded by putting up a sign that says they are not responsible for mail monitoring or theft.
