-Several flooding in this building impacting many units. But it has never been really fixed because of insurance disputes.
-Never fixed either is the alarm door of the building entrance, it is still often ringing after several years.
-The outside of the windows have been cleaned up only once in 4 years.
-On the other hand, they are very persnickety with many ridiculous rules, e.g. you cannot have a doormat. You can even get told off for taking the stairs iso the lift...
