        Update this building has the most insane moving laws. They charge you for nothing and deactivated our keys right away even though we have the unit until the end of the month to clean and move the rest of our things. - Lived here for 2 years now and cannot wait to move. There is constant construction noise that starts sometimes before 8am. Now with working from home it is unbearable. The unit itself is nice but it has many functional flaws. The canal is a saving grace and is really nice to have but being attached to this super multi purpose building sucks.

        The corner units starting from the 8th floor in Phase 2 have the most amazing views facing downtown. A must-see for buyers of mid-luxury apartments in Montreal.
