C3 Cavendish Condos

This condo, known as C3, is well managed with far less condo fees than any comparative condos. The building is also solid with no sounds from neighbours, and has been maintained well with cleaness.

I bought a condo there a few years back just as it was built. The floors where very uneven.You could roll a marble down from some room corners. All my furniture needed adjusters. Alot of the neigbors bbq-ed on their balconies ,and often it was fish they cooked ,so when the weather warmed up you had to keep all your windows shut. It was well insulated however, but they were stingy on the quality of the products and the after service was gross. It was my first ever purchase, and i sold it at a loss to get out of it.

If you dare to live at 3300 Cavendish Blvd, Montreal, Quebec H4B 2M7, get ready for constant fire alarms going off at all hours due to s defective system. This condo is managed by Trams, the same company that tells residents to figure things out themselves whenever there is a problem, such as the above.
